Return and Exchange Policy

🌙 30-Night Sleep Trial & Return 

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (based on the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information).

To start a return, simply email us at customercare@sleepletics.com and we’ll provide return instructions.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling charges that may have applied.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, let us know within the 30-day window, and we’ll process an exchange at no cost to you.

SLEEPLETICS reserves the right to limit quantities of products purchased
by you and to revise, suspend, or terminate a sale, event or promotion at
any time, and without notice (including after an order has been submitted
and/or acknowledged). SLEEPLETICS makes no guarantee that all
products described on the Site will be available at all times. Please refer to
our Terms of Service for additional information.
