Return and Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request to return or
exchange it within 30 days of delivery (delivery is the date the shipment
was marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking number) by sending an
email to customercare@sleepletics.com.
Unfortunately, SLEEPLETICS cannot accept returns or exchanges of used
or washed product. Returned or exchanged product must be sent
back unused/unwashed and in its original packaging. Additionally,
SLEEPLETICS does not cover the shipping cost for returned or exchanged
product. Returns are fully refunded in the original payment form, minus any
shipping and handling that may have been charged.
If your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we will process an exchange.
SLEEPLETICS reserves the right to limit quantities of products purchased
by you and to revise, suspend, or terminate a sale, event or promotion at
any time, and without notice (including after an order has been submitted
and/or acknowledged). SLEEPLETICS makes no guarantee that all
products described on the Site will be available at all times. Please refer to
our Terms of Service for additional information.
